نہیں ہے ناامید اقبالؔ اپنی کشتِ ویراں سے
ذرا نم ہو تو یہ مٹی بہت زرخیز ہے ساقی
Nahin hai na-ummeed Iqbal apni kisht-e-veeraan se
Zara nam ho to ye mitti bahut zarkhez hai saaqi
नहीं है ना-उम्मीद 'इक़बाल' अपनी किश्त-ए-वीराँ से
ज़रा नम हो तो ये मिट्टी बहुत ज़रख़ेज़ है साक़ी
